TAIT Towers
Connecting a Live Event Company
Challenge
TAIT required a corporate communication tool to reach their 600 employees in three overseas and three US offices. The task given to ConnectedSign was to design a system to display daily announcements, activities, and upcoming events.
TAIT desired the system be an extension of their corporate image, using specific branding, colors and company typefaces. Emergency Messaging capabilities were requested by TAIT for company wide emergency alerts. Global clocks would also list times at all TAIT offices around the globe. Photos of recent work would need to rotate through the signage.
Solution
We worked with TAIT Towers to create digital signage that addresses their everyday interoffice communication needs as well as global company activities.
ConnectedSign created a TAIT branded digital signage platform with multiple regions that pull live data from spreadsheets. Daily office communications like announcements and activities scroll through. A Company Wide Key Performance Indicator pulls statistics about how the company is preforming in several key categories like Quality and Safety. A magic folder allows event pictures to scroll through and show a variety of images from recent shows or installations. Global clocks for each of their offices keep employees around the world on the same page and a scrolling RSS feed keeps employees in tune with local and global events.
