Eden Resort
Challenge
Upon award of the Eden Resort’s visual communications project in 2010, ConnectedSign deployed a full digital system to compliment their award winning standards of excellence. This deployment included multiple high definition displays and content designed specifically for Eden which featured meeting information, promotional advertisements, local time, date and weather. Fast forward to summer 2016, Eden was looking for a fresh new look. They challenged ConnectedSign with new designs that would include various maps of the facility as well as photographs featuring the many amenities that they offer.
Solution
We worked with Eden Resort to create a precise and cleaner look for this project. Eden’s new templates included a color branded design that featured rotating images of the facility as well as a region dedicated to rotating promotional ads. The facility map was added to the signage in different orientations depending on where the signage is located within the building. A meeting section is prominently featured to showcase which meetings or events are happening throughout the resort facility. Featuring the map next to the meeting rooms acts as a passive wayfinding tool for guests to reference.
Results
Central to the heart of Lancaster county, Eden Resort sits close to a variety of attractions such as Dutch Wonderland, two outlet shopping centers and many Amish attractions. The hotel features 301 contemporary guest rooms and suites that have access to many features such as two award-winning restaurants (Garfield’s & Arthur’s), a relaxing cocktail lounge, heated outdoor and indoor pools, fitness center and a waterfall located in the interior courtyard.
