Carolina West Wireless
Challenge
The client desired a digital signage and interactive kiosk solution that would act as an in-store helper. The client wanted the kiosk to be able to help customers become informed and interested in various phones and plans while a sales associate is assisting another customer. The kiosk would also be used as a helper tool for sales associates to run through and help customers compare and decide on which phone and plan best suited their needs. The sign needed to be clean and easy to navigate, so that both clients and staff could easily reach a sales decision.
Solution
The design team at ConnectedSign created a large and detailed interactive screen for Carolina West Wireless. Multiple screens were devoted to navigating through types of phones (smart, basic, enhanced) and then through brands (Apple, Android, etc.). The same theory applies to both the tablet screens and the MiFi screen. After selecting a type of product and the brand, the kiosk will take users to detailed information regarding the phone of their choice. The customer can then compare their preferred phone to phones of different brands and types using a three column compare feature. The feature is built via live data and is very east to use and edit. The client is able to easily post and remove both ads and videos from their home screen. ConnectedSign also provided dynamic signage so customers can become informed about current local events, the local weather, and more consistently watch and understand videos and ads.
